Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Device

  Perform a factory reset to remove all personal data and ensure the device, original packaging, and all included accessories are securely packed.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
